2017 Water Leaders Class
Leann Noga has worked at the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District for over 13 years. Leann has bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Business Management and Administration and in 2017 will complete a Master of Finance with a specification in Human Resource. She holds responsibility of all financial activity, budgeting, and auditing for the District and the Fryingpan Arkansas Project. Current projects include the Hydroelectric Power on Pueblo Dam at the base of Pueblo Reservoir. Her career goals include assisting with securing Colorado and Western Water for years to come. She lives in Avondale, Colorado with her husband of 12 years and three children.
