Rob White

2008 Water Leaders Alumni

As Park Manager of the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area, Rob provides leadership and direction in the management of the recreation area on a day-to-day basis. His job description encompasses a large variety of responsabilities such as the formulations of policies, goals, and objectives of the recreation area. Rob also deals with the inspection, coordination, and supervision of staff, facilities and programs. Rob loves to explore and experience the beauty of the Arkansas River Valley with his wife and two wonderful little girls whenever possible.


Richard Vidmar

2007 Water Leaders Alumni

Richard Vidmar is a Colorado native and a Water Resources Engineer for Aurora Water specializing in water rights in the South Platte basin. "For me the best parts of the water leaders program were the personality assessments and the friends I made during the program. I enjoy traveling with my family in my spare time."

Michael Wilde

2006 Water Leaders Alumni


Michael is currently an instructional facilitator at Glenwood Springs High School and is still working closely with the Colorado Watershed Assembly and their RiverWatch program. He is serving on a start up task force/core group to look at forming a Middle Colorado Watershed Group for the Colorado River in Garfield County and has recently been appointed to the Mount Sopris Conservation District's governing board.

Nicole Seltzer

2008 Water Leaders Alumni

Nicole Seltzer took advantage of the Water Leaders program to improve her management and leadership skills as Executive Director of the Colorado Foundation for Water Education.  Nicole continued to coordinate the Water Leaders classes and greatly enjoyed seeing the participants learn and grow together. She now works for the River Network.  She lives in Oak Creek with her dog, Rocket, on whom she practices her “Intent Versus Impact” communication skills.

Mary Presecan

2006 Water Leaders Alumni

Mary Presecan is a Project Manager and Principal Shareholder at Leonard Rice Engineers, Inc. specializing in surface water investigations, water rights evaluations, and long range water planning for municipalities. Mary began her career as an environmental engineer in 1996 and joined Leonard Rice Engineers, Inc. in 2002.  When Mary is not working she can be found volunteering with the Rocky Mountain Section of American Water Works Association (RMSAWWA) where she is currently the Chair, attending meetings as Director for her local Water and Sanitation Special District, coaching runners and triathletes, or spending time with her husband and their quickly growing sons.
